Visiting in NC

We're in North Carolina visiting my sister and her family right now. We made the long (16 hour drive) from KC and Addie seems to be adjusting fine to the time change. She was awesome on the road! She pretty much slept from 9 PM to about 6:30 AM, except for waking briefly at each stop.

I'm going to post every couple days so that Micah doesn't miss out on too much while we're gone. The last time we visited, she started sitting up on her own and trying to crawl. He's figuring she'll be reading by the time we get back...ha ha!

"Hi DADDY! I miss you so much. I wish you were here with us!"

Here's our doodlebug just sleeping away in her car seat.

As soon as we got here, Caleb tried on his fireman outfit for us. He's pretting darn cute (and so brave)!

Here's Toby in his mama's arms. He is the cuddliest little thing. We get lots of smiles from him!

Since we've been here, Addison has pretty much refused to stop moving. She climbs up and down the stairs about 18 times a day and climbs in and out of kitchen chairs. She's a one person wrecking crew!

Here are the three cutie pies in the bathtub. Addie didn't want to stay very long. I think she was so tired from our trip.

Caleb got to make Easter/St. Patrick's Day cookies with his Memaw this afternoon.

Addie was zonked out this morning in her bed. We had to wake her for church.

Mom, Dad, and I have been unable to see any KU games down here, so poor Dad is trying everything he can just to hear it. This is probably the first time he has ever missed KU during March Madness. Hopefully they'll keep advancing and we'll get to see them soon.
